Writing Urdu text in electronic forms comes with its problems. One of the major problems I faced while handling material for my University newspaper was unsupported file formats. Though there are several online text editors as well as offline softwares that enable one to write urdu in ms word, but many (including me) still prefer using 'Inpage Urdu' for Urdu Text Editing. Sharing the files with readers and mainly judges was difficult as it would require asking them to install Inpage text editor.
Converting files to PDF format was rather handy. It still is. So if you are wondering how to convert your inpage file to PDF, here is the simplest method of doing so.
1. Go to File> Export. This will make a GIF image of every page. You can open the GIF image in Internet Explorer to check if the text is readable.
2. Once you have the GIF images, these can be easily bundled into PDF through Adobe or online. There are plenty of websites available for that.
